Β Pineapple π Shrub Broccoli π₯¦ BitesΒ
Serves: makes approximately 10 mini bites
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C. mayo or plain yogurt
- 1/4 C. Pineapple π Shrub by The Urban Farmhouse Co.
- 2 TBS HOT π₯ HONEY π―Β by The Urban Farmhouse Co.
- 5 C. broccoli π₯¦ florets (steamed about 3-4 minutes & cooled)
- 1/4 C. shallot, finely cut
- 1/4 C. red onion, finely cut
- 2 TBS pineapple jam
- 1/4 C. sunflower seeds, toasted
- 6 slices bacon π₯
Directions:
1. Mix mayo or yogurt, Hot Honey and Pineapple Shrub in a large bowl.Β Stir in broccoli π₯¦, onions and pineapple jam.Β Mix until well coated.Β Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.Β Flavors will meld together.Β
2. Portion broccoli mixture into 10 mini tasting plates or cups.Β Add a mini fork to each serving.Β Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bacon prior to serving.Β ENJOY!!!
Note: Additional warmed Hot Honey can be drizzled on the mini plates prior to serving. Β YUMMY!
